Four phases, one clear path
A guided arc from preparation to your first supervised clients — roughly 44 hours of structured learning.
Phase 01
Foundations, from home
You lay the groundwork before you arrive. We give you all the material — anatomy, physiology and the principles of classical massage — and you study it at your own pace. It's completed before the practical days, so you arrive ready to work with your hands.

Three days with us
Days 1–2: we work through every technique and practise on each other, with instructors at your side throughout. Day 3: four hours of focused review, a short theory exam (a written test + four case studies) and a full-body massage you've planned yourself, which we review and refine with you. You finish with the practical part complete.

Your diploma
You put it into practice: perform and document ten full- or half-body massages and submit them with a short film (~1 min) of you massaging. We review your work, and when you meet the requirements we issue your Vamos Wellness diploma. On graduating you also receive a gift bag with Vamos products and 6 months of AltheraCare (bookings & records) — our bonus to everyone who completes our educations.

Where we come from
Vamos grew out of a clinic, not a classroom
In 2020 we opened Swedish Chiropractor in Los Dolses, Orihuela Costa. Since then our practitioners have worked on thousands of people along this coast — backs, shoulders, injuries, recoveries.
Vamos Wellness is what happened next. Every instructor who teaches here also works at the clinic. What you learn is not a syllabus written for a brochure — it is the work, taught by the people who do it every week.

Do I need prior experience?
No. The course is built for committed beginners — the guided self-study puts your anatomy and safety foundations in place before the hands-on days.
How is the course structured?
Three steps: (1) guided theory you study from home (~24h) before you arrive, (2) three on-site days at Vamos on the Costa Blanca — techniques and hands-on practice, plus a short exam (theory and four case studies) and a full-body massage you plan yourself, and (3) a post-course portfolio of ten documented massages and a short film you submit for review before your Vamos Wellness diploma is issued.
