These terms govern the contracting of the training programs of Vamos Wellness

Object

These terms regulate access, enrollment, and delivery of the training services offered through the website.

Enrollment

Enrollment occurs after application acceptance and payment. Seats are limited per cohort.

Price and payment

Prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed through certified platforms.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from enrollment to withdraw without justification, provided the program hasn't started.

Student obligations

The student agrees to provide truthful data, attend scheduled sessions, and respect the school's code of conduct.

Intellectual property

Educational materials are the intellectual property of the school, licensed only for the student's personal use during and after training.

Liability

The school is not responsible for interruptions due to force majeure, adjusting content to still meet the training objectives.

Dispute resolution

The parties submit to the courts of Alicante, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
