Our mission

More than training. A movement.

Vamos Wellness isn't a traditional school. It's a platform where people, therapists, and creators come together to learn, share, and grow. Training is one of the paths — community is the destination. We care just as much about clinical rigor as we do about human warmth.

Where we come from

Vamos grew out of a clinic, not a classroom

In 2020 we opened Swedish Chiropractor in Los Dolses, Orihuela Costa. Since then our practitioners have worked on thousands of people along this coast — backs, shoulders, injuries, recoveries.

Vamos Wellness is what happened next. Every instructor who teaches here also works at the clinic. What you learn is not a syllabus written for a brochure — it is the work, taught by the people who do it every week.

The core of Vamos: four perspectives, one shared vision.

Caroline Rindeström
Chiropractor & clinical educator
A trained chiropractor with many years of experience in the Swedish healthcare system. As an owner, she is responsible for the quality and development of our programmes.
Emily Kerfoot
Lead instructor and head of our Personal Trainer education.
Born in the UK and living in Spain for 15 years, Emily leads our Personal Trainer education as head instructor. Health and fitness has been her passion for seven years: it transformed her own life, and she is determined to show that fitness isn't something to dread, that food shouldn't be "earned", and that a healthy, active lifestyle is one of the most rewarding habits you can build. She teaches clients to become confident, disciplined and capable of achieving whatever they set their mind to. A Level 4 Qualified Personal Trainer (2023), she works in a physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic with a full gym in the Alicante region, specialising in 1-to-1 training and small-group classes focused on building muscle and strength for longevity and overall wellbeing.
